Coughlin Should Resign

Tom Coughlin faces the same situation Napoleon faced after an ignominious retreat from Russia. Does he resign, place the blame on the men under his command or face exile to some Midwestern state?

The New York Giants are in a bad fix but it's not entirely Coach Coughlin's fault. Tiki Barber leaking his retirement, injuries, and sporadic power outages in the brain of one Eli Manning have conspired to render the Giants ineffective. Lest there be any confusion however, Tom Coughlin needs to resign.

The Giants, as previously mentioned, lost to the Cowboys and coaching played a role. The inability to command the players respect, poor clock management, and questionable calls all land at the feet of Coughlin. What he does is in part up to him. Resignation is the honorable course to take but if the past is any guide Coughlin won't resign. Thus it may be necessary to escort him to the turnpike and send him to Delaware until arrangements can be made to send him to Iowa.

It worked for France (Except for the Iowa part).

Giants Fans set up a convoy to escort Tom Coughlin to Delaware.

Iowa's the new exile state, whatever happened to Wyoming?

Having Iowa hasn't really worked out for any country that's tried it.

There's plenty of room in Iowa. It's not like there's any buildings there besides barns and silos taking up space.

Iowa actually has a lot of inbreeding. Thus, European aristocrats feel at home.

First glimpse I thought the first three words of this post were "Tom Coughlin feces"

Quasi appropriate
