Bears Clinch NFC North, no thanks to Rex.

According to the AP, Chicago clinched the NFC North. However, only their opponent this past Sunday, Minnesota, has the balls to change from a bad quarterback to a decent quarterback.

Chicago won the game despite Rex Grossman trying to lose the game for them. Rex ranked a 0.0 rating throughout the game until the 4th quarter, where he managed to raise his rating to a 1.3. Wow, what a damn overachiever. Maybe you'll hit 1.5 next week, Rex? I would say 2.0, but then the Critic would fire me for giving the readers of this site false hope.

But let's face it, Rex. It can't get too bad, can it? Yes, it can. LaDainian Tomlinson. Yes, LT v.2. He's got a higher QB rating this season than you do. Want a fact check. Read the man's wiki. He's officially listed at the league office this season with a 150.0. In his 10 passes, he's only flubbed two. By the way 158.3 is the top you can get.

What's also sad. Jon Kitna is looking like Joe Montana compared to you, and he plays for Detroit!

Lovie, before you tank out your team. Put in Brian Griese or Kyle Orton. At least with Orton, he fucked up his way to a winning record. Rex, can't even lose properly...

You'd think Lovie Smith would want to hang onto that winning record with all he's got. Rex Grossman shouldn't even be close to being in the picture.

You'd think so, but Lovie's not even wanting to discuss the possibility of moving Rex. Guess he learned that mistake from his old boss, Phil Fulmer...

If you mean his so-called commitment to excellence in the Tennessee football program, then I guess so. Favorite quote on that situation: "Phil (Fulmer) is an albatros around the neck of college football."

But let's face it, anon. Tony has been capable of at least keeping the ball long enough in the game to rank. As did Mongo McChoke and Elisha McChoke. When you go multiple games with a 0.0 rating, I'll pull up some of the charts if needed, you might want to consider going back to the basics if you're Rex.

Yeah, and LT isn't a quarterback. Just sayin'.

Oui, anon, but Bears fans might try beating it with a stick if he appears anywhere outside of Lake Forest this week. The lumpy barbarians are at the gate and they've got wi-fi.

My apologies on that one, anon. It's hard to tell tone online. But yeah, LT does slaughter most of the league's best, which if I remember was Brady with a 110.5 before the past weekend. Who knows what he's got now...

Bottom Line: Rex Grossman is a young player who makes more than his share of rookie mistakes. What does the future hold for him? Only the Magic 8 Ball knows. Does Lovie see something we don't? Yes. What? Who knows.

On that note, someone must invent tone of voice for type. I often misunderstand and never mean to offend, besides when I do, of course.

Lowest QB rating? Not Grossman with 1.3.....drumroll

Tim Hasselbeck with 0.0!

Drat! Rex, you've been foiled again!

The only reason that Tim doesn't care. His piece of ass, currently on the View aruging with Rosie the Rhino, isn't that bad to look at.

Not to mention that she's probably earning enough for him to suck at football.
